The volume was compiled and edited by R.L. Hitchins and G.W. Sweeney, based on previous published volumes of Natal statutes. Published by P. Davis and Sons in Pietermaritzburg, 1900. A copy of the volume was acquired by the University of Pretoria's Library Services at an unknown date. It was digitised by the Open Scholarship & Digitisation Programme, University of Pretoria, in 2016 and uploaded to the UPSpace Institutional Repository. It was downloaded by Steven Kotze for FHYA in March 2024 and uploaded by Benathi Marufu for FHYA in April 2024.]
