[Source - Henry Fagan for FHYA, 2022, using material provided by Hlonipha Mokoena and Sizakele Gumede: A letter written by Magema Fuze appearing on page three of Ilanga Lase Natal 11 October 1918. In the letter Fuze discusses the origins of the amaLau, whom he states had mixed German and black heritage. Noting several other cases of coupling between black and white, he suggests that the black race may one day disappear.]
