Descriptions and Notes

Volume 4 of 5. Although it is not indiacted anywhere, the stamp on page six seems consistent with the stamp used by the Merensky Library in volume 3 of this book. This suggests it was probably also digitised by Internet Archive, although that is also not confirmed anywhere.

Archival History

[Source - Henry Fagan for FHYA, 2021: Written by George McCall Theal before 1908. Published by Swan Sonnenschein and Co. in London in 1908. A copy of the book appears to have been acquired by the Merensky Library at the University of Pretoria at an unknown date. It was probably digitised by Internet Archive in 2014. Downloaded by FHYA in 2021 and uploaded by Benathi Marufu for FHYA in 2021.]
