Volume 2 of 5. Although there is no indication of who digitised the book, given volume 1 was digitised by Internet Archive and was acquired from the same library, it seems very likely that Internet Archive digitised this volume too.

A copy of the book was acquired by the Library of the Theological Seminary at Princeton on 3 May 1912.
