Scope and Content

[Source - Henry Fagan for FHYA, 2021: A copy of Alfred Thomas Bryant's book. The book consists of a series of articles by Bryant published for the newspaper Izindaba Zabantu between 1911 and 1913. The book examines the history of the Zulu kingdom and of the 'clans' it came into contact with during the Zulu kingdom's 'campaigns' in the KwaZulu-Natal region and beyond during the reign of Shaka. It also contains illustrations originally published in W.C. Holden's The Past and Future of the K-Word Races.]
