Scope and Content

[Source - Henry Fagan for FHYA, 2022: A presentation that doubles as an ongoing online experimental research tool. The Bibliomatrix maps and unpacks materials pertinent to the history of southern eastern Africa from around 1700 to the onset of European colonialism and on into the early colonial period. The Bibliomatrix illuminates networks of production and reproduction of the historical materials, including both those viewed as sources and commentary on them, and those seen as synthesised historical accounts. The Bibliomatrix is composed of interlinked bibliograms which map the materials pertinent to a specific set of materials.]
