Object description [Source - Chiara Singh for FHYA, 2021: 1 hairpin : material: bone, glass (beads), thread ; technique: bone carving, beadwork ; colour: bone - natural (ivory), thread (black, beads - black, red-on-white, white and transparent) ; needle-shaped with slight curvature (Note: spiked circle at top, thread wound around top half of hairpin affixing beads in rows and circles, thread is coming loose, possibly some loss of beads) ; dimensions: 19cm (L) x 0.5cm (W) x 0.5cm (D)]
