A physical copy of this dissertation was submitted to the Department of Archaeology at UCT in 1991. It was later digitised by UCT Libraries and made available online via OpenUCT at an unknown date. This copy was acquired from OpenUCT by the FHYA in 2025 and uploaded to EMANDULO by FHYA in November 2025.]
